You will build the embedded sensing and protocol-parsing layer that lets Velos Sensor interpret industrial traffic without disturbing the process it observes.
What you will do
- Develop the passive capture pipeline that runs on constrained industrial hardware.
- Implement and extend protocol dissectors for Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104, S7comm and BACnet.
- Work with the research team to turn findings into shipped detections.
- Own firmware release quality: tests, telemetry and rollback safety.
What we look for
- Strong C and C++ with Linux systems fundamentals.
- Experience shipping software onto hardware you cannot reboot on a whim.
- Industrial protocol familiarity, or a demonstrated ability to learn a protocol family quickly.
